1. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Giveaway, you must:

Your Entry must be made no later than 7-20-2022/11:59 CT. Multiple Entries to the Giveaway are not accepted unless otherwise specifically stated in these Rules or the social media post announcing this Contest. Failure to adhere to the Rules will make your Entry ineligible for entry into the Giveaway.

2. ELIGIBILITY: You must be, at the time of submitting your Entry: a) a resident of the United States, or the District of Columbia; and b) 18 years of age or older. Family members or employees of @Shophoneywell, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement, or promotion of the Giveaway and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address are not eligible. Proof of eligibility may be required (and will be kept confidential).

3. PRIZE: One Prize will be awarded in the Giveaway, consisting of One Honeywell Deformable Garage Light (value, approx. $34.99).

4. WINNER SELECTION: On or around 7-22-2022, Company will announce the Prize winner, who will be chosen at random. Winner will be notified on or around 7-22-2022, via Instagram Direct Message, which will be sent to the Instagram handle which they entered with. Company will make two (2) attempts to contact Winner, and Winner must respond within seven (7) days of the second attempt, or else Winner will forfeit the Prize. Company will then choose a replacement Winner at random and the same process for contacting the Winner will apply.

5. MORE LEGAL STUFF: Submission of an Entry constitutes your agreement to release, indemnify and hold harmless Company and Instagram, from and against any claim or liability arising from the Prize, the Giveaway, or its operation. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes derived from and/or through the Giveaway on his or her winnings, if applicable.
