To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused and postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date. We recommend that you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.
If a product was purchased from one of our retail partners it must be returned to that retailer in accordance with their return policy.
Items purchased from a third party vendor not Honeywellledlighting.com directly, are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
You can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or of equal value.
Our return policy allows you to send back items purchased through Honeywellledlighting.com for refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling.Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.Returns must be received in new condition; Items returned with obvious use, may be subject to refusal.Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit if purchased through Honeywellledlighting.com.Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
